Miley Cyrus' body is her canvas. The singer and actress, 19, has been spotted with fresh ink on her body. Her newest tattoo is on her left forearm and is a phrase from former U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt. The quote reads, "So that this place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat." The phrase is taken from a speech that Roosevelt delivered at the Sorbonne in Paris, France on April 23rd, 1910.

The full speech reads, "It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming, but who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, who spends himself for a worthy cause; who, at the best, knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid sould who knew neighter victory nor defeat."

This is tattoo no. 8 for Miley. She already has the words Just Breathe one the left side of her chest; an outline of a heart on her pinky finger (right hand); a cross on the inside of her ring finger (right hand); Love on the inside of her ear; a dream catcher on the right side of her ribcage; an anchor; and the Equal symbol in support of gay rights.

Trace Cyrus and Brenda Song are no longer engaged. Trace, 23, released a statement that said, "Brenda and I have decided to go our separate ways. We split up a couple of months ago. We will continue to focus on our careers. I wish Brenda the best and much success in the future. I hope everyone can respect our privacy about this situation."

The former lead singer of Metro Station, who now performs under the name Ashland High, and the actress, 24, got engaged last October. They announced their engagement right after pregnancy rumours broke. In January Trace said that the couple had not set a wedding date yet and were planning on being engaged for a while. The tattood rock artist, who recently shaved his head in order to make room for more tattoos, and the Disney actress, who recently appeared in The Social Network, wanted to focus on their careers first.

News of the couple's split breaks a mere week after sister Miley Cyrus announced her engagement to Liam Hemsworth.

Liam Hemsworth popped the question! Miley Cyrus announced to People Magazine that she is engaged to be married to Liam Hemsworth. In a statement the 19-year old singer and Hannah Montana actress says, "I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam."

Liam, 22, proposed on May 31st with a 3.5 carat diamond ring from jeweler Neil Lane. The celebrity jeweler told People that Liam asked for "something unusual. Something really beautiful and romantic." Liam and Neil Lane went back and forth until Liam was satisfied. The final pick was a 3.5 carat cushion-cut diamond handcrafted in 18-karat gold. The ring has a distinct art nouveau pattern with handcarved diamond floral motifs. The center stone is highlighted by smaller stones set in the gold band. The jeweler says, "The light flashes and sparkles no matter where Miley moves her hand." The center stone is an antique from the late 19th century. Neil Lane says, "It was hand-cut around 1880 or 1890 and it's unique and in its original form. At that time no two diamonds were alike, as they were all hand-cut, so it's fascinating to look at because it hasn't been re-cut to look contemporary over the years. I find that really romantic."

Miley and Liam, 22, met when filming for The Last Song in 2009 and have been a couple ever since. Miley is currently in the studio working on a new album, whereas Chris Hemsworth younger brother is filming Empire State in New Orleans. Afterwards he'll film Paranoia with Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman, as well as the second installment of The Hunger Games.

space for his latest addition. Yesterday Trace went to a tattoo parlor with dad Billy Ray Cyrus. He tweeted, "With my dad! He is getting his back tattooed! Gangster!" Followed by, "Yes I think I'm about to do this!" and "Getting my head tattooed right now" A few hours later the former guitarist and singer of Metro Station showed off the result. He tweeted, "Got my head tatted today! Excuse all the ink on my face. And yes this hurt!!!" Now an image of a Native American Chief is immortalised onto his scalp. It is significantly larger than the facial tattoos he previously had etched on. The photo shows off other inkings such as a diamond ring, a dove, two feathers and the initials TN with an anchor. And even though he wrote, "Late night coffe. I got a headache!!!" he also tweeted about plans to get the other side of his head inked as well, "Thank you Chris Garcia for coming up from Vegas to tattoo my family and I. I can't wait till next week to tattoo the other side of my head!

Trace is Miley Cyrus' half brother, dad Billy Ray Cyrus adopted him when he was little. However, a love of tattoos seems to run in the family, with dad Billy Ray having several, including a full sleeve, mom Tish, who sports (among other tats) a set of big angel wings on her back. Sister Miley reportedly has thirteen tattoos, six small ones on the fingers of her right hand (an equal sign; a peace symbol; a cross; a heart; the word 'karma'; and an eye), 'Just Breathe' on her chest, 'Love' in her ear, a big dreamcatcher on her side, an anchor on her right wrist, an 'ohm' symbol on her left wrist, a skull on her ankle, and 'Love never dies' on her arm.

Trace was in the news last year, when rumours broke that his girlfriend, Brenda Song, was pregnant with their first child. These rumours were proven to be false. Trace and Brenda, known for her roles in The Social Network, Disney series such as The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and Disney movie Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior, have been together for two years. The announced their engagement on October 14th, 2011.

May this year Brenda Song and Trace Cyrus made their first public appearance as a couple. Now news break that the 23-year old Disney and The Social Network actress is pregnant with the 22-year old Metro Station musician's child.

The Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior and former The Suite Life of Zack and Cody star has been dating the rocker, who also performs solo under the name Ashland High, in secret for the past couple of months.

Celebuzz was first to report the news that Brenda is pregnant, she is about eight weeks along. This will be the first child for both. The baby will be born into a family with loads of actors and singers: it'll be Billy Ray Cyrus's first grand child and the little boy or girl can call Miley Cyrus his/her aunt.

Miley Cyrus has shown her support for gay rights in a very special way: she's gotten a new tattoo. This is the seventh tattoo for the 18-year old singer.

Along with this photo Miley tweeted, "All LOVE is equal." Referring to The All Love is Equal campaign from the Gay & Lesbian Rigths Lobby. Miley has made her stance regarding gay rights known a number of times before, tweeting earlier this month - when Casey Anthony was aquitted for the murder of her daughter Caylee - "You know the world is skewed when people get away with murdering children, but we cant get gay marriage legalized in the state of California."

The Equal symbol is Miley's second tattoo in little over two months time. She got an anchor tattoo when touring in Brazil on her Gypsy Heart tour. Miley's first tattoo were the words Just Breathe on the left side of her chest. She also has the outline of a heart on her pinky finger and a cross on the inside of her ring finger, both on her right hand. Then there's the Love tattoo on the inside of her ear, and a dream catcher on the right side of her ribcage.
