Happy Easter Y'all.

I love Easter! It's my Christmas. It makes me want to sing. Which I did lots of.

Today was full of awesome.

I go to church in a hotel. Not in a creepy way....it's totally legit. And I love it. Plus it's a Marriott so it's totally classy. Not only did I get to greet everyone coming to Hingepoint this morning but I got to inform non-Hingepointers that the Easter brunch was $25 per person, $21.50 for seniors.

And I go to a very new church and we get to learn exciting new things all the time. Like today all of our greeters got to wear these shirts promoting our sermon series....

Turns out if you see a a group of people wearing "I Am Witness" shirts smiling and trying to chat it up with strangers those strangers will assume you are Jehovah's Witnesses. We are not.

*Just to clarify, I don't really have a problem with the J. Dubs. I always ask myself...who would I rather have roaming the streets? Gangs? Jehovah's Witnesses? The JW's win every time.

To sum things up: God has a sense of humor. He loves you. He loves me. He loves Jehovah's Witnesses. He sent Jesus Christ to die for all of us. Amen.

Now let's eat ham and jelly beans to celebrate.

P.S. Because I love you all so much on this fine Easter day I will include some outtakes from when I tried to snap a photo of my t-shirt. Believe you me it was easier said than done.

I think my favorite is the dead in the eyes photo. And the "lip pose" my mom loves so much. Also, if that bathroom looks familiar its because I was in a starbucks. I wanted to take a pic before I forgot. I was in there for a while and my shutter noise is pretty loud. I have a feeling I wasn't discreet.

And while I'm at it here are some pics from Meg's shower.

I call this move "tapping on the glass". Meg loves it.
Beyond lovely to spend time with these girls. I miss them all!
We like to keep baby showers classy. Typical fecta funship.

Post Edit!

I forgot to include this sweet pic of me and baby Hezekiah. Look! Neither of us are freaking out!
I don't know why I insist on calling him "baby Hezekiah". I think its pretty obvious this isn't middle-aged Hezekiah. Although his Toms do make him look pretty mature.
