Things are definitely heating up between Katy Perry and John Mayer -- and now there are pictures to really prove it.
Hollywood's latest "It" couple -- especially now that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart seem to be no more -- have been spotted out together over the past few weeks, and were seen hitting up a pool party earlier this month.
"They were all over each other, making out! Neither of them is exactly shy," a source told Us Weekly about the new couple's PDA.
While sources told the magazine that Perry is officially dating Mayer, the singer -- who finalized her divorce from comedian Russell Brand earlier this year -- was singing a different tune a few months ago when it came to moving on from her marriage.
"There are times I go out and meet people and flirt, but it's not really appropriate to have anything serious," she said in a July interview with USA Today, referring to her fling with Florence + The Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd.
Perhaps Perry has decided it's time to really get back into the dating game, considering Brand has publicly moved on with girlfriend Isabella Brewster.
